Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules, taking into account legal, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Manage and coordinate construction activities, overseeing subcontractors and other personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure adequate resources are available to meet construction needs.
- Monitor project progress and review daily reports to ensure optimal project performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Civil construction experience and equipment knowledge.
- 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on Civil Construction, Bridge construction, and Transportation Construction.
- Solid understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
